Adele Frances - Mixed Media and Wearable Art
I am a recently retired career counselor and life coach who is venturing into the world of art with wonder and enthusiasm. I have created Girls Nite Out purses, scarves and necklaces for four years, reveling in all the wonderful new textiles now available. But it is in the mixed media where I get to experiment with putting my heartfelt love for color, pattern and the wonders of nature into various experiments that will hopefully speak to other's souls as well as my own. Much of my art is a blending of East and West and affirms my hope that we may overcome our tribal roots in time to preserve the earth. 505 298-6817 E-mail

Chuck Leopold - Photography
I have been seriously photographing for nearly 30 years. While living in California, I was able to meet and study with some of the most prestigious living photographers in America. I never gave up my own view of the world, but opened up to many other visions as well. My years of photographic effort have led me to often see the world in my unique way. As always though, inspiration starts right around you...and New Mexico has so much to view and remember! In my first year in New Mexico I have discovered the richness of its geography, wine making, sunsets, native cultures, architecture, and so many beautiful people. And of course, the Balloon Fiesta! The colors of New Mexico can be so striking, and yet, images in black and white invite the viewer to look more intently, and see more than they consciously see in their normal color world. My images are usually offered in color or black and white, don't hesitate to enquire! More at www.leopoldphotography.com. E-mail
Connie Mazzella - Glass Art
I came to Sandia Park, NM by way of New York & San Francisco. The breathtaking sky & the light has captured me … think I’m here to stay!
For me, working in glass is “Creating with Light”. It all began with a stained glass class in 1980, glass fusing in 1985, & sandblasting in 2001. Originally, glass was a distraction from my hectic career as a clothing designer. When my late husband, John Peterson, and I settled in New Mexico in 1998, I was able to make glass my main focus.
My passion is metaphysical & spiritual themes – a glass manifestation of dreams!
Of special interest, Goddesses… all types … from all spiritual backgrounds!
The Goddess is Alive! …. Blessings, Connie

Liz Paterson - Smoked Pottery
Fired over hay and sage... nature is the star here, the potter is the guide. Originally fired to 1800 deg., the final firing is dramatic. In a quick, high flame - amidst intense heat - smoke patterns swirl. Preserved on the surface of the pot, these patterns make each piece unique. The firing day is an exciting celebration for everyone involved. Washed and buffed with beeswax, the finish and form say, "Touch me!" More at www.clayworkswest.com. E-mail
